Preamble
WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) Ordinance, 1966 (E.P. Ord. IV of 1966);It is hereby enacted as follows:-Sections/Articles
Short title and commencement
- (1) This Act may be called the Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) (Repeal) Act, 1974.(2) It shall come into force at once.
Repeal
- The Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) Ordinance, 1966 (E.P. Ord. IV of 1966) is hereby repealed.
